FOR: Managers, Directors, C-Level executives
WHAT: Create a vision, set goals, and learn about your business challenges. Master the areas that have eluded you, understand how you are perceived by others, and learn how your behavior can be shifted to optimize your efficacy and your future career potential. A coach will help you change in areas that are not meeting expectations, and will help you grow in areas that are within your circle of influence.
HOW: One-on-one, one-hour video chat meetings or in person if local. Six-month engagement two times per week. Emails and phone calls in between.
PROCESS: In partnership with their coach, clients utilize the G-R-O-W model (Goals, Roadmap, Opportunities, Work). This unique approach allows for the achievement of breakthrough goals in business and your career while developing new leadership skills and resolving situational roadblocks that may emerge along the way.
OUTCOMES: You’ll complete this training with a grounded foundation to be a compelling leader. In addition, you’ll have the tools, framework, and resources to hone your craft and tackle any challenges that come your way in a positive and powerful way.
