Private Executive Coaching
FOR: Managers, Directors, C-Level executives
WHAT: Create a vision, set goals, and learn about your business challenges. HOW: One-on-one, one-hour video chat meetings or in person if local. Six-month engagement two times per week. Emails and phone calls in between.
PROCESS: In partnership with their coach, clients utilize the G-R-O-W model (Goals, Roadmap, Opportunities, Work). This unique approach allows for the achievement of breakthrough goals in business and your career while developing new leadership skills and resolving situational roadblocks that may emerge along the way.

FOR: Small business owners, solopreneurs, or startups with 1–50 employees wanting to strengthen, synthesize, and operationalize key areas for any successful business.
WHY: In order to run a successful business you need PEOPLE, PROFITS and PRODUCT. The background to these three pillars is PROCESS. If you’re a solopreneur or business owner experiencing stagnation, frustration, or stress in your business, it's likely due to a shortcoming in one of these areas.
HOW: Monthly program including one-on-one 50-minute sessions between coach and client via video chat. These sessions are customized to your needs, goals, and challenges, and are personally led by Kate, following an easy-to-follow, sequential process:
Phase 1 (Months 0-2) Diagnosis and Education - Identify/ Uncover the areas that are causing business dysfunction (using the 4 Ps). Learn the tools, methodologies and best practices to reverse negative trends.
Phase 2 (Months 3-5) Implementation - Put into practice these new systems and tools. If necessary, get support in rolling out changes to broader team, have support in staying the course in the face of discomfort or team resistance.
Phase 3 (Months 6+) Maintenance and Refinement - Establish consistency. Get support in facing new challenges that arise, and how to tackle them with your new framework of tools and engagement.
