What is Inner Game?


Inner game is all about honing your self-awareness and being willing to grow in alignment with what you want to accomplish for yourself in life.


It can be improved and strengthened by focusing on these four areas:

  • Emotional Strength - Developing confidence and self-esteem helps to build your emotional strength. In order to improve your Inner Game, you need to feel good about who you are as a person and confident in your abilities to achieve your dreams. Find the cause(s) of your lack of confidence and overcome it head-on it each and every day.

  • Motivation - In short, motivation helps you get things done. This is the will and the desire to change, improve or take action. Picture how you will feel once you reach your goal. Picture how it will feel knowing that you were able to achieve your dreams. Take those feelings and turn them into actions.

  • Habits - Most of us have bad habits that are in direct conflict with what we want to accomplish. Take those bad habits and replace them with habits that are in alignment with your personal goals and dreams.

  • Mind tricks - A strong mind may be one of the most important keys to developing your inner game. Practice memory techniques and mind mapping strategies to help keep you focused on your goals.
